Goals Not Just for Motivation
One of the biggest flaws that Agents and others experience in setting goals is they are set for the wrong reasons. Motivation is the main reason Real Estate Agents set goals and it is a good reason but not the best reason. The best reason is to give you feedback about how you are doing in your Real Estate business on a continually basis. We teach people to set a simple set of goals to continually get feedback. (This ultimately motivates you too!) As you hit them, you know to keep doing what you are doing. If you don’t hit your goals and because of the way you are tracking them you get the best possible information about what adjustments to make in real time. You don’t waste month’s losing business.
